Shark (Mori): The milk shark (Rhizoprionodon acutus) is a species of requiem shark, and part of the family Carcharhinidae, whose common name comes from an Indian belief that consumption of its meat promotes lactation. The largest and most widely distributed member of its genus, the milk shark typically measures 1.1 m (3.6 ft) long, and can be found in coastal tropical waters throughout the eastern Atlantic and the Indo-Pacific regions.

1 Mori fish
2-3 large Onions
2 tsp Malvani Masala
1/2 tsp Turmuic Powder
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbspCoriander Leaves
3 tbsp Oil
Make pieces of mori and clean it.
Apply turmeric powder,malvani masala, two chopped onion and salt.
Keep aside for 30 min.
In a kadai heat 1 tbsp oil and fry one onion till light brown.
Now add ginger pieces,garlic cloves and grated coconut.
Fry on a low flame till light brown.
Make a fine paste in a mixer using sufficient water.
Now in a another pan heat 2 tbsp oil and fry marinated mori for 2-3 min.
Cover the pan and allow to cook on a low flame for 4-5 min.
Now add coconut paste,kokum and garam masala powder.
